my rainy, cold, windy labor day spent quietly enjoying lake ontario and a west wing marathon was more relaxing than i could have ever hoped. not to mention that i got to spend it with nick!
i think 6 months of 6 day work weeks is finally catching up with me and i am realizing all the things i missed about summers/life. i am sick of feeling exhausted all the time and only getting to do fun things if i manage to make special occasions/exceptions out of them.
i am looking forward to fall and maybe not working quite so much? we’ll see…
